چکیده

The poor growth of aquatic animals fed with diets containing high plant proteins has been attributed to low diet acceptability and feed value. Supplementation protein hydrolysate, contents free amino acids soluble molecular weight peptides, may increase the value a protein-based diet. In present work, squid processing by-products were enzymatically hydrolyzed used as supplement in diet, without fish meal, Penaeus monodon fully maximize utilization this marine resource. hydrolysate was incorporated at 0, 0.5, 1% levels P. 0 10% meal levels. Growth, digestive enzyme activities, muscle growth-, gut pro-inflammatory immune-related gene expressions, morphometric measurements evaluated biological indices an 8-week feeding trial. by-product produced study contains 90.25% protein, 5.84% lipid, 3.91% ash, 3.76 kDa. experimental shrimp resulted highest performance associated increased intake, efficient nutrient conversion retention, enhanced upregulation growth- genes, suppression gene. promotion is also linked significant mean fiber area, which suggests hypertrophic shrimp. Generally, supplementation supported on meal.
